Vet Valet - Your Place for Your Pet

Our Mission

At Vet Valet, we believe your beloved companion deserves to pass with dignity, comfort and compassion in a comfortable setting and a place they love most—home. Our mission is to provide a peaceful and gentle transition for your pet, surrounded by their loved ones.

If you're facing the difficult decision of saying goodbye to your beloved companion, please reach out for compassionate guidance and support. We are here to help lessen the pain of saying the hardest goodbye by giving you and your pet the private and stress-free setting of your home where your pet can rest comfortably in your arms, on their favorite bed, in your backyard, or wherever they choose. Our support is tailored for your unique situation and your pets comfort levels, making the process easier for your pet and lessen any suffering.

Above all, we know that you are looking for caring and sympathetic professionals to be there for your pet and for your family during this difficult time. Your pet may have an end-stage illness, such as cancer, heart disease, kidney failure, or some other debilitating disease that is no longer responding to treatment, or he or she is just very old and has bad joints. Your dog or cat may have been part of your life for many years, or only a few months. They may have helped you through tough times and have been present for some wonderful life moments. Our pets are our faithful companions and we give them a wonderful life full of unconditional love. Our pets are members of the family and we are here to help give them a kind and gentle farewell, as a final testament to your unconditional love.

Why at-home Euthanasia?
There is a difference between saying goodbye in the privacy and comfort of your home versus taking your pet to the vet's for that last dreaded trip. The love, care, and comfort they know and feel in your home is a kind alternative to the cold, sterile environment in an animal hospital, which is often the place they fear most. We give your pet the time and care they need so their final moments are calm and comfortable to help the final memories together be pleasant with feelings of peace.

Let us help you honor your pet's life with respect and care.

Together we can give your pet the private passing they deserve.

About
Dr. Valerie Reynolds &
Will Baily, Founders of Vet Valet

Vet Valet was opened after having our own cat euthanized at an animal ER. It was Dr. Valerie's first experience making the decision to euthanize her own pet and during her grieving process, she and Will realized that together they could provide a more intimate and peaceful passing for animals in the future.

Working as a veterinarian, Dr. Valerie sees first hand the stress that clinics and ERs can add to an already difficult situation. A cold and sterile setting can add to your pet's anxiety, and add to a feeling of loss and separation, lowering the possibility of a meaningful farewell for your loved one. Will's love for animals, his experience in business, service, and grief coaching, came together with Valerie's talents, empathy, and drive to help in a time of great need.
